"The customer service was amazing! I called with a question about resurfacing my tub but they were unable to do the work because of the type of material. However... The service tech spent several minutes on the phone with me brainstorming ways to solve our problem, which included recommending outside vendors. He knew he would not make money off me and yet provided service that I don't get even from companies I spend money at. I can only imagine they kind of quality and service they provide on a paid service call. I would not hesitate one bit to place an order with this company!"

"The headliner on my '99 m3 had been sagging a little since I bought it, but this last week it finally came loose behind the sunroof. I had Surface Repair Services replace the entire headliner. They were able to take a small snippet of the headliner and match the color incredibly well. Since the entire headliner was replaced all the fabric still matched and if you didn't know any better it looked like it had been there since the car was new. They were even able to complete the replacement with one day and provided me a ride to work when I dropped the car off and picked me up when my car was ready. I am very happy with the results of their work and will definitely return to them in the future if any other issues arise."
