Sleep Number

"We are extremely disappointed with the I8 smart bed and frame and honestly we wish that we never purchased this base or any thing from sleep number. The mattress gets hot during the night and the base did not work properly. We attempted to return the product only to find out that the base is non-refundable. This was not communicated to us at the time of purchase. We now have a ridiculously priced base ($4000) which doesn't work and we are not even a little happy about that. The pump and parts are incorrect as the techs say there are missing brackets so parts are on the floor. The base never connected to the phone so we have no clue how it will fix itself. For the price and time invested, this is really a disappointing situation. We were told by customer service that they would get this working within 2-4 weeks, but we have little faith that they will get it working. If we knew we were going to have something in our home like this that wastes our time and money on top of not working, we most certainly would never have purchased it. Please save your family the nightmare and do not purchase any products from Sleep Number."

"I won't lie, this bed is amazing but 14 months in and the base quit working. We called not worried because we were told over and over about their 15 year warranty and how they come out and fix anything when bought the bed. Well, guess what... the base has a year warranty and then you have to pay them to come fix it. Parts AND labor! I feel bad telling all our friends to buy from them...the people were great until we had problems and then they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Glad I bought a bed that costs as much as a car and now get to spend more money fixing it. Not worth it!"

"First off, the store is very clean. Which I would expect when you are going to be in physical contact with the product. Not all places make this happen. "HMakers" has some obviously used beds on display. There was no way I'm laying on those. Fortunately, at Sleep Number each bed looks and feels brand new. The store is also well lit and fresh looking. Our salesperson Ilka was great to work with. She was very pleasant and zero push. Ilka also answered all our questions and showed us each option we requested. She was great explaining everything and left no worries in our purchase. This made our experience exceptional. She provided us with prices and we went on to other stores just to peruse the options. They just didn't measure up to the Sleep Number or Ilka. We returned and purchased a p6 with Smart Base. No regrets in the purchase and can't wait for our bed to arrive."
