"My first...and last visit to James Harris Salon. Tracy did my hair and it's a disaster. It's so chopped up that I will need to let it grow out before I can have it fixed. It looks like I have a mullet. I showed her several times where I wanted the sides and she cut it way shorter. She couldn't find her tools or product, talked non-stop about her boyfriend and was even late because she went across the parking lot to eat with "her boyfriend". This is not at all what I expected from this salon. I shouldn't have paid, or at least shouldn't have left a tip but I just wanted out of there. TOTAL FAIL!"
