I made numerous attempts, various ways (voice mail, email and iMessage) inquiring and not a single response back. I found another electrolysis business, who not only replied back to me, but did a fabulous job with my first appointment. Now, I am happy I never heard back from Elite Electrolysis, I am most pleased with the company that did respond to my inquiries and intend on only giving my business to this place. "I would not even give one star but it won't let me review without at least putting one star, I'm not sure how this person thinks that business is ran. I have called numerous times only to get a voicemail that is full and you're not able to leave a message. I've sent messages only to be ignored and not get any response. I can say that even if she were to call me back now, I would not give her my business my time or my money a person like this is very irresponsible and unprofessional. The least that you could do is return phone calls and empty your mailbox so people are able to at least leave a message if you're not interested in business, go out of business if you're interested in business, then act like it. I definitely took my business elsewhere and I'm so thankful that I did. I'm so happy with the results I'm getting from someone else who actually takes the time to call people back. This other person actually deserves my business and my money"
