"I normally adore beauty supply stores especially since there isn't one where I live. Was super excited when I walked in for some tape ins not knowing how awful this place is. Immediately the employee shoved the price in my face and asked if I had the money for them. I said yeah you wanna see!!! What business are they running here!?!??! Can't judge a book by its cover considering that book could buy your business from you in a snap! Also making comments to hurry up in spanish. Horrible. No way will I ever go back here."
"I went in there to get some hair products and got Accuse the stealing and was locked in and not allowed to leave until the police came. I'm not even from Omaha Nebraska just came here for work waste a hour of my time. I tried to tell the owner but he wasn't trying to hear #BLM"
"They are ok but they need a better selection of hair and wigs they are very much outdated and not worth the price they are charging you will have better luck with Amazon because their wigs definitely be giving old lady on her way to church or bingo..."
"If I could give no stars I would. The Asian man in the store is very abrasive. I asked a simple question of how many locs were in the bag and he’s shaking the bag in my face pointing aggressively. He was mad because I kept asking what he was saying because he had broken English. I asked another employee for help and he jumped in front of her and exclaimed he already told me. I left and will not be returning. The fact that you have your establishment in an urban area but show a disdain for the people is sickening."
