"Really wanted to like this salon. I asked for a V cut and she seemed a but confused as to what I was saying so I showed a photo still seemed unsure. Explained I wanted curtain bangs also provided a picture. She unfortunately didn’t part my hair down the middle for the bangs she just let my hair fall into where it wanted then cut my bangs. But even doing that they are super uneven. One side is much longer than the other side. My bangs look dumb. She didn’t align them under my chin like most stylist do to make sure they are even. She did not section off the section that was going to be bangs to ensure the same amount on each side was even. The front desk staff just looked at you like you weren’t supposed to be there and didn’t smile. Do Not Recommend."

"Marilyn was incredible in pinpointing the issues I was experiencing on the right side of my upper body and her work provided immediate relief of the tension and strain I’ve been feeling for several weeks. She took the time to explain what she was doing, how it would help, and preventative measures to ensure I could continue my workout with minimal effect. "My Hot Stone massage from Marilyn was wonderful and exactly what I needed today. Before the massage, we sat down so Marilyn could understand where any problem areas were and where I wanted more attention. She was very professional and made sure I as comfortable the entire time. The only downside of Urbane is if you’re expecting a 100% relaxed time-you won’t get it,esp. if there are people having nails done. The Mani/Pedi area is right outside the massage rooms and very distracting. Also b/c the spa area is in the basement, any foot traffic above is very noticeable as well. Thank You Marilyn for my much needed massage today!"

"Absolutely the BEST experience ever! First time to salon — Reese is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and so much fun. I could sit and chat with him for hours! Reese cut my daughters hair first. She gave him examples and specific ways to cut her hair. He exceeded her expectations. In her words, “Love it. He smells good too!” When it was my turn, I gave him free rein. BEST HAIRCUT, hands down! He gave me a totally new do, one that I love! He’s a master of the shears! Products used smelled amazing, hair shined and felt healthy. Highly, highly recommend! Alyssa - you did great with the brows too! Thank you for taking care of me. 2nd time: My daughter loved the color + cut for her 18th birthday!! Thanks for making it a wonderful experience as always, Reese!!!"
