"My daughter got her long hair cut here to donate for Kids with Wigs where the lady put her hair in a pony and used a clipper to cut it instead of scissors causing it to be weird for the bob cut she was trying to get. It was an older white lady. We came back to get it fixed once it grew out some as we didn’t want it any shorter. My fiancé brought my son again to try out how it’d be this time as it’s the closest location and I have a newborn so we try to stay close to home for things. It was about an hour to closing where we got my son in the day before picture day. They come home and I’m like what the hell is wrong with his hair!?! I immediately was upset as we couldn’t get it fixed before picture day. So the attached is the results of this Great Clips for his school pictures. After school, I took him in to get it fixed where the lady was appalled and did a great job cleaning it up but I can’t keep coming back to get these fixes anymore. It should be done right the first time. I went to Wolf Plaza in Bellevue to get my sons haircut before the holidays as we were near my nail salon and they messed up again!? I had to correct the girl 3 times but because my newborn son started crying I couldn’t continue having her “try” to fix it as she wasn’t listening when I’d tell her what was wrong with it. I’m now done with Great Clips. It has been a waste of my money as I end up coming back to get it fixed and tip as it has been another person fixing it that it wasn’t their wrong doing. And my time, and gas, is valuable to keep having to come back for fix’s that aren’t compensated for. Spend the extra $10-15 at Sports Clips!"

"I never leave reviews, however i have had a positive experience at the 90th st location on 2 separate occasions. As a mom, ts hard for me to get in for a haircut. Over the summer i popped in on a saturday before the closed and got like 8 inches chopped off. It was one of the cutest haircuts ive ever had! Then last weekend, again before close, i took my two boys in for cuts. The stylist was so great with them and gave my kids exactly what they wanted. They think they are so cool now. I would recommend!"

"I brought my daughter here to get a simple trim and this woman butchered my daughter's hair. She was in tears. I could not believe she thought this was OK. Do not go here!"

"My partner and I stopped by for a haircut. While my partner was getting a haircut the lady cutting their hair was very rude her name was Cathy. My partner asked for square side burns and she cut the sideburns completely off. She also told my partner if they want a barber haircut to go to a barbershop and not a salon. I myself didn’t get a haircut after the way I seen how my partner was treated. Never going back to the this location."
