"There are only 2 nail techs. The woman that did my mother's nails left gaping holes with no acrylic, horrible shaping, polish and acrylic all over the cuticles, and sheer color. She charged my mom $80 for these nails. We went in and politely asked to have her fix the shape and color and the woman walked off and hid in the back room with a new customer. Totally unprofessional and cowardly. She pretends to have a language barrier but when speaking Spanish to her she tries to pretend she doesn't understand. She then gets upset and takes your money and leaves. While at the counter talking to her, another customer was paying for her service and the nail tech changed the price from $65 to $75. They argued and eventually the customer left and the tech kept the money. The first time i went here with my mom the nail tech actually grabbed me and slammed the money in my hand and left the building. We asked for the shape to be fixed and she got upset. This place is horrible. They over charge, they talk about their customers in Spanish and assume others don't understand, they take your money and leave the room. They don't accept feedback and don't understand that these are our hands. We as women love our nails done and are proud to show them off. When a individual doesn't do their job and charges $80 and glued this nail and laid acrylic on our nails for weeks, it is degrading and a horrible feeling. Her nails are see through at the base, shapes different, thickness differences, and her cuticles are being tugged on by the polish and acrylic. DO NOT GO HERE. They are emotional, violent, and demanding workers. They will take your money and change prices."

"It is my first time trying it out in this place, and my nail tech “Cindy” did fantastic work. I have to say I have never experienced such a professional career she has done compared to most of the nail salons I've gone to. I love how Cindy does it very cleanly and with the excellent quality turned out so amazing. I would 110% recommend her to everyone who wants it professionally done!"

"I got dip powder. The gal who did it was quick and they looked amazing on the first day. However it hasn’t even been a week and 7/10 of my nails are chipping or have started to. I included pictures of the ones that are chipping badly. Please note I’ve gotten dip several times (5+) and this has never happened."

Ulyana has done such an amazing job since I met her and often accommodates my schedule! She is always up for a challenge and has done some amazing designs for me - I get LOTS of compliments! :) I have switched to shellac on my natural nails and not only are the designs and shape beautiful, but they have always lasted longer than expected and the integrity/health of my nails has improved. Ulyana is simply the best!"
