"Was excited to see a Taco Bell opening near me. I’ve been there 4 times now and never had a good experience. The first three times, I was sitting in the drive thru as either the first or second in line and waited no less than 15 minutes for it. The second time they messed up the order, and third time most of the food was cold. The most recent time they said that food service was unavailable and we’d have to wait 20 min or more for them to cook more. I have never in my life heard that before."

I was once having a bad day & one of the people at the window (his name was kaiden), was absolutely so amazing, helpful, kind, and funny.
