"Small neighborhood park with limited playground equipment. There is no bathroom available given that it’s a neighborhood park so plan accordingly if you for some reason you decide to visit this park, but don’t live close by. The park still feels incomplete as there is no garbage can which may account for the trash scattered all over and there is no bench even this they clearly poured a pad for one. The other issue is the lack of grass. It looks like they threw down some seed and crossed their fingers in hope that it would take which it clearly didn’t. The play equipment they have is definitely unique, it’s just a shame they couldn’t have increased the budget to add in a few more pieces of equipment in. With the movement or elimination of one or two landscaped berms they could have increased they the amount of equipment or open play area With a little more money I think they could of had a 4 or 5 star park"
