"I highly recommend WCI Pools and Spa! We’ve had our 14AX aqua trainer since November 2022. We received our swim spa ahead of schedule, installation was flawless! Chad explained the chemicals and wrote down when to use each one. Our water was perfect for over a year. This swim spa is so easy to maintain. I’ve only had to call a couple times and they are very knowledgeable with questions. I used the chat on their website after the store was closed and they were quick to respond! This is one of the best purchases we have ever made!!"

"I discovered my hot tub was not working last Saturday, when the outside temps were -15 and windchill of -30. I called WCI and left a voice message that I needed service as soon as possible. I knew the store wasn’t open until Monday morning and was so pleased to receive a call from them Monday morning, telling me the service technicians would be at my place within the hour. Two technicians showed up early and completed the job within 30 minutes. I was so happy the hot tub was back up and running. I have received wonderful service from both their Ames and Urbandale stores. I would highly recommend them for any pool or hot tub needs."
