"Drove by at 0238 hours on 10-1-2023 place looked completely dark did not appear open like advertised. Did not look like an inviting gas station that was open for business for being a 24 hour establishment at all. Drove by because it appeared closed so do not know if it was actually open."
"Kum & Go has a nice smartphone app for earning loyalty points, buying fuel, and making purchases for easy pickup at the counter. Their stores have a nice selection of food. The one in Coralville near I80 has 16 pumps, so it's unlikely you'll be waiting in line"
"Got told I couldn't have a bag bc they had a line. Then I got a finger in my face and told I say to much bc I told them it's customer service to put my things in a bag. Never have I seen so much disrespect towards a customer. Corporate should watch the video. Was there about an hr n a half ago. The guy that yelled and put his finger in my face was also very racist to the Hispanics he helped infront of us. Maybe bc I speak Spanish and was he thought he would treat me some way but customer service is customer service, if you don't like your job...go honme."
"Excellent staff! Very friendly & Helpful! Like many other people have said in their comments, this store is very clean, including the restrooms. I travel a lot for my work and I find that all of the Kum & Go's I have visited are all very clean and their staff is always nice and friendly."
