"I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I filed a complaint about an insurance company that wasn't paying for a claim that they had said was covered. I asked the Iowa Insurance Division to help me. They called a company (not the one that should have paid my claim) and then sent me a letter months later saying there was nothing they could do. That was their "investigation." Very disappointed."

"I attempted to contact the Insurance Division through their "Contact Us" link on the website. That was 3 weeks ago and still no response. A little over a week ago I called the division. I was directed to an individual who could address my question. My call went to that individual's voice mail. I left a voice message for him directly and still no response after a week. Two contact attempts over a 3 week period and still no response."
