"Ordered a BK crunchy wrap and onion rings. I opened my wrap and said, "Shouldn't this be chicken?" The chicken was so dark, I thought it was beef. The worker replied,., "Oh, that's our grease. Everything looks like that" . I told him I would like a refund. He said I couldn't have one. My onion rings were dark and tasted like very old grease. Couldn't eat either. Not returning."
