I had metal braces for 2 years back in the day, and they did work, but were uncomfortable and messy the whole time. Sadly I did not keep up with wearing retainers and years later needed correcting again. Dr. Goel recommended these and it's been a night/day difference. So painless and easy to snap in and out for eating, brushing, meetings, etc. - wish I had done this years ago!
