"Went in to get a tooth pulled after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and in that appointment they did X-ray and cold tooth test and made me wait 3 more weeks to come back and get it pulled. No pain meds or antibiotics were given. At the next appointment, they sat me down, gave me mouthwash and took my blood pressure and said unfortunately we can’t do this today because your blood pressure is elevated. Does anyone go in to get a tooth pulled and have normal blood pressure??? They told me to go to the Dr and get meds for it. I’m thinking my blood pressure should have been taken at the first appointment if it was an issue I could have had it taken care of by the second visit!!! I feel I should be refunded $250 it cost for the first appointment."
"The examination by both Dr. Shaw and by Kelli were thorough. I discovered that one new cap is in order and that the replacement of an older filling is also called for. The cleaning by Kelli was not only thorough but was supplemented with her wry sense of humor."
