"Scummy company! Leaser beware! They hide this language into your contracts and exactly 2 months later from signing up they try and raise your rates by double! They went from $99 to $178 a month for a 10x10. Here is the kicker - its $74/month online!! Be careful! After complaining not only did management first try and offer $30 off (from 178 LOL?). Multiple times 2 managers told me these are "promotional rates" although not in a single place does it state that they plan on raising rates they only have this language once in their entire contract! 2 months to the date they mailed me raising rents!!!! Unreal and if you think this won't happen to you the Manager said they RAISE ALL RATES 2-5 MONTHS AFTER SIGNING UP. THEY DONT TELL YOU ITS A PROMOTION AND JUST RAISE RATES AMENDING THE AGREEMENT 30) All terms in this Agreement are SUBJECT TO CHANGE upon thirty (30) days written notice to Customer, including but not limited to, and without limitation, Monthly Rental Charges, late fees and other charges. Upon receiving notice of Operator’s pending change(s) to this Agreement."
"The facility recently got a new manager, and wow they sure made the right choice with Erika! She made me feel like I was family and assured me that my things were safe and if I had any concerns to please visit her in the office. I would highly recommend life storage on atchly dr to anyone who needs to store their belongings."
"The process was seamless and the service was excellent. Reserved online and met Erica at the office - she walked me to a couple units and set me up with the best rate for what I needed. She was also happy to help when I had trouble with my lock. Moving a house’s worth of stuff is hard, but these guys made storing it a walk in the park."

"The property is very clean and in a convenient location. Christine is super, super nice and welcoming. If I had to offer one piece of advice when reserving a unit, just go in person instead of placing a reservation online. I placed my reservation online to reserve a unit, as to not miss out on a promo, and had to end up paying a "transfer fee" when I went in to sign my papers to choose a different space."
