"Very incompetent. I’ve had insurance for 50 years and have never seen an agent more incompetent. Every month I would get certified letter for cancellation due to non payment , yet the payments were coming out of my account every month.. I’d constantly call about it , to say she would fix it.. then same thing next month. And every time I called for some reason she’d need more money. Just found her very oblivious and unaware of how to do business . By far the worst experience with Katie Poole."
