"Update: I’m adding a star as the owner reached out to me and apologized for the interaction. I’ve only had one interaction with their associates and it was very disappointing, as she was extremely rude, jolting and accusatory in the way she approached us. I was listening to Christmas music in the car with my daughter for under fifteen seconds while we waited for my daughter at a nearby business. She said we parked in “their” spot, as there was a row of 4 empty parking spots. An employee came out, while on the phone, very angry, irate and rude. We moved to a spot 10 feet away, and the spot she yelled at us about has remained open the entire time. It was a very odd interaction, but it absolutely does dissuade me from wanting to do business here in the future. I didn’t notice a sign, and if I’m in the wrong, or not paying attention, I completely understand addressing it and complying. But the way their employee aggressively approached us was uncomfortable to say the least."

"Had problems the last two month told to pay 40 on the 11 and that next payment was in feb to finding out I am a day late on a payment for this month. Called to ask and was told had to restart my policy so an 88.33 plus 10 for a late fee and card swipe of 5 and change turned into 108 and change then getting cut off cus she won’t let me ask my question and call her out and over talk me like what! So rude and leaving them after years of being loyal"
