"Ordered a couple of the new chicken wraps and quickly discovered it was a disappointing rip off. Nearly $4 a wrap for something the size of two chicken nuggets. Shame on you BK. Wish I could add pictures! $8 for 4 chicken nuggets sized wraps! I should have gone to McDonald's."
"Friendly staff. Sandwiches were as expected. Fries were fine still within hot hold time. I prefer mine a little hotter. Dining room and rest room were tidy, and staff just restocked straws etc."
"I got there about 45 minutes of closing. I felt bad but the customer service was A+ and they made sure to give me fresh fries. I never leave a review but I was so impressed by their professionalism I made sure to. Good on them they did a great job."
"I've been here 3 times and 3 times they have gotten my order wrong. The last time, the manager argued with me (she was super rude) and tried telling me that I ordered something I didn't. They finally gave me the food I actually ordered, but forgot the sauce. The food tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for an hour."
"I don't mind having to pull ahead to the 3rd window to wait on freshly cooking onion rings, but then get home and I have fries instead is just troubling. Plus I paid more for the o-rings. Maybe the issue is that the receipts don't print well, you can't read them, and maybe that is what the workers use to fill the order? I don't know. Something needs to be improved."
