"The lady who was at the window that handed me and my moms drinks to us was very rude she seemed rude when she handed us our drinks I didn't catch her name but she did this last week were she was rude to me"
"We ordered a large chi tea latte. When we received our order it was in a large cup, but noticed right away it felt very light . We took the top off and the drink was at least 2 inches short of the top of cup. The order we received was barely a medium if not a small order. The picture shows drink with top off right after ordering."
"I go to this location every once in a while when I’m down in Pleasant Hill, and they always do a great job and have great customer service. Today I got a pistachio white mocha to try, and my dog promptly threw up on the lid, and they were so kind about it when I came back to order another and made a replacement!"

"Overpriced food. Only one slice of barely cooked bacon in a BACON sandwich is super disappointing. Especially for the price. The coffee is good, but still over priced. Ya'll should do some research. Go to Dunkin and get a bacon sandwich."
