"1) Communication Your dispatcher, maintenance mgr.,safety, safety mgr, any after-hours support is all from Eastern European peoples. There is often a lack of clear communication simply because the person you are talking to has no idea about the route. road conditions, fueling, parking, etc. All broker based. Problems? US EXPRESS CARRIERS "Will consult broker" Good luck on weekends or after 1700 in Vegas. No preplan, no warning. They will fix your clock by changing on duty. "Fuel took 17? Nah, it took 1." Drove for this company safely and on time. Was fired roughly 1 week before retention bonus. I truly worked hard for this company. They found some fishy reasons to fire me. USE AND DISCARD. 600 MILES PER DAY."
"I've been driving for 10 years and been with US Express for the past 4 months, they are some of the nicest people I've worked with. I've worked for other carriers and have had great relationships but have never been with a company that treated me like family. I had to leave for a personal reason but definitely when I'm ready to hit the road again this will be my only call. My dispatcher was Bucky, I Highly recommend him because he was a very respectful guy who always kept me running. He never made me wait for a load and always respected my home time and made me feel valued as a person. The maintenance crew is very professional and always answered and assisted me very quickly and took great effort to get me rolling. Their trucks are new and well maintained. Payroll is always on time and I made much more than the other drivers I know with similar experience. I highly recommend this company to any drivers who want to work hard and be well supported and rewarded for their efforts."
"We own TAG Trucking, and we have run under US Express Carriers authority and leased and rented trucks from them for the last year and a half. They are absolutely the best in the business.
