"A bit frustrating in the beginning with the receptionist as she rescheduled twice and then couldn't get the spelling of our email address so did not get the email for downloading documents until the day before our call. However, very pleased with the service from Alivia. She was very personable, had my best interest in mind, and got to business in reviewing our contract. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her in the future if needed."

"If I could leave half a star, I certainly would. We retained O'Flaherty law to set up an LLC. They referred me to a lawyer who was a few days later let go from the firm. Lawyer 2 steps in and then is gone, Lawyer 3 seems better. Performs 2 modest tasks then informs me the billable hours are 3+ times the original quote. We ended up spending $1300 for them to do what should have taken about 3 hours. They only completed 2 of the 4 tasks I needed them to do. What a sham. I am confused about their business structure, but the communication is poor. On top of it all they want to act like they are doing you a huge favor by crediting your account a modest amount to help you out. In my opinion, they are NOT trustworthy."

"Have custody case modification. I met with Amanda once spoke to her mayb 3 times texted her mayb 7 8 times in which some of the she didn't respond to. We never went to court. Gave her 2500 our 1st meet got 1 invoice for 1700 and the case got stayed due to the dad being involved with dhs (with his current girlfriend and her kids ) the only new petition made was by his lawyer ( my daughters dad) and now that it's time to actually go to court . I'm being told not only was the 1700 invoice wrong but I owe 2000 more. Makes no sense and amanda says that now im punishing her by not paying. Nothing was accomplishes and now that it counts I have no lawyer and I feel played out of 2500 and representation."

"Unfortunately we had to let Amanda Adam’s go due to conflicting schedules. However, the company gave horrible customer service. We waited the 4-6 weeks they told us to get our money back, but never receive the check. Come to find out they never sent the check. Then when they did send the check they lied about when it went out and failed to put the full address on it after we waited patiently for another week and a half. Every time I called they said they would have someone call me back. However, no one ever called me back. I have literally been calling them everyday to check up on our check and they don’t even care that without that money we can’t get my loved one out of jail. One person, Amber, there had a heart and suggested they could overnight the check, but Julianne and Alissa in the financial department avoid it. They told me that it would be at our expense, even though it was their mistake. They take no accountability for their actions. No care that I would wait on hold everyday to talk to someone and yet again hear “someone will call you back”, but never receive a call. So if you think about hiring them just know that they only care when you are giving them money. Money is what drives them, and even then it wasn’t the greatest customer service from the legal staff. Think wisely about where you invest your money. You want good customer service, Lucus Taylor a criminal lawyer talked to me and educated me when I was calling around trying to find someone to cover Amanda after getting us in a sticky situation. He never once asked for money after talking to me multiple times. That’s service."
