"Researched to get good quality tires at the best price. Bought new tires less than a year ago and they need to be replaced. Still under warranty. When I called it was obvious they were going to search for an excuse not to honor the warranty. Unforunately, I was right. I even brought in receipts to prove tire rotations. They refused to even look at the receipts. Never going here again."

"Horrible costumer service. Slowest process. Behind on all appointments and walk ins. We just bought all 4 new tires and within two days had a flat tire. They were not accommodating and told us it was a nail and they patched it. Although it’s possible it’s a nail, we’ve never ran over a nail in our lives and it’s hard to believe in two days with a new tire that’s what happened. They also could not show us the nail."
