"I brought my vehicle to King's to get a second opinion after my previous mechanic told me I needed several thousand dollars worth of suspension repairs before I could get my vehicle aligned. This didn't make sense to me because my vehicle is relatively low miles, averages less than 6000 miles per year, and lives in a garage. Also the fact that my extended warranty company refused to cover the suspension work was a major red flag. King's saved me a ton of money and prevented me from getting ripped off for unnecessary work recommended by the other shop. Will be going to King's from now on."

I asked to make an appointment, but they said if I had 30-40 minutes they could take care of it today. And they did. And for a very reasonable price. "Amazing customer service. Even though their schedule was full, King's Auto Repair said I could drop by for them to take a look, as I wasn't really sure what was wrong with my car. They were able to work with me right away and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. They fixed my car and took the time to explain to me what had happened. All for free!
