"They charged my son $77+ for an oil change!! And our car tires were low on air, but they did not even check so the low tire pressure light remained on after the ridiculously priced oil change. CarX clearly states online that they check tire pressure, but they failed on this very basic function. Not happy with CarX at all especially because my son was driving long distance (home for the holidays)."
