"On my way home from the State Fair my car alerted me that the engine was overheating. I pulled into a gas station and called to have AAA tow my car. I live in Texas so my husband did some quick research and found Morris Automotive was close by and had a good rating. He called them and they let us know they could get it in and to have it dropped at a specific bay. We had AAA tow it to the shop. My step-mom picked me up and we drove over to the shop. We were about ten minutes behind the tow truck so when I arrived I was shocked to not see my car sitting outside. I went inside and the gentleman came up front. He let me know they already had it in, and up and were checking it out for me. It was nearly 5pm and I was impressed. I let them know that I was planning to head back to Texas as soon as possible. He said they would do their best to get me on the road the next day. The next day they let me know it was an issue with my water pump and they repaired it, tested it and had it ready to go by 2pm. I was back on the road driving to Texas by 2:30pm. They also texted me the next day to make sure everything was okay with my car and that my travels had been safe. They were extremely professional and did great work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them!"
