"I cannot recommend Nate and his shop enough! Such a great experience! My alternator went out today (Saturday) and thank goodness an awesome employee at O’Reilly recommended Nate’s. We called him up and he said he could probably get to it today even! I dropped it off around 1:00 and by 3:00 it was done! WHAT!!! And take note this was not even during his normal business hours! I kind of assumed in my head it might get pushed till Monday which wouldn’t have been the biggest deal, but nope, same day and within a couple hours! We were SO grateful that he was able to get it done so quickly, words cannot describe! We will definitely be back with any other car issues and recommend him to all of our friends (which I have already started doing!) Thanks again Nate!"
"Car started acting funny on the way back to Omaha. It was New Year’s Day and NO ONE was open. Found Nate, who wasn’t even technically open, told him our story and he got us right in. Literally didn’t have to do anything and he dropped his remodel work on his shop and helped us. We needed a miracle and Nate delivered. Thought it was just an ignition coil turns out it was the fuel pump would have been stranded on the highway eventually with out him taking the time to help us. Would definitely be my mechanic if I lived in Des Moines! Thank you Nate!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"
