The manager of the dealership with Willis's staff began to surgically park each new car into the showroom. I was amazed how they reversed each Lexus to maximize the space in the showroom. My car-salesman, AJ Bianchi went out of his way to call me and let us know the availability of a 2024 Lexus Rx Hybrid. Billy was so patient, curteous, and detailed in explaining the financing options. He advised us on the best rates and explained the next steps to taking our new "child" home. When the day came to bring home our new family member, AJ went all out of the way to tie a red ribbon on the car. We felt so touched, special, and important. Next, Willis's Lexus training specialist, a Laotian young man, meticulously explained to us every nook & cranny of our new Lexus. He so patiently showed us in detail the Lexus's instrument panel, the cars trunk and back seat adjustments. He spent about 90 mins showing us how to operate the new Lexus.
