"I used Urbandale Auto Body to repair my car after I was rear ended. Ryan was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and had an empathetic and educated perspective of the chaotic world of insurance. Before I was able to schedule a time to get everything replaced, they smashed the truck and bumper back into place for me so it didn’t look as damaged. I was really appreciative of that because it took about 3 weeks longer than expected for the insurance company to respond to my claim. When I was finally able to set up a rental car, they had my car fixed and ready to be picked up about a week earlier than I expected! I never want to have to go back to a collision repair center but I would definitely use Urbandale Auto Body again if I had to."

The process of getting an estimate and working with my insurance company went without a hiccup thanks to Ryan and his team. They had my car turned around in two weeks, looking better than I brought it in, both INSIDE and out! Not only did they work on the body of the car, they made the inside of my car shine!
