"Took my van for the oil change. The employee that was doing the oil change didn’t know what socket to use. Came up to the front and asked what size of socket. The other employee told him to look it up. Came back 5 min later and told me that the bolt was strip. Never had issue with until bringing my Vehicle to them. Obviously they cross thread it. Now my van is leaking oil which never did before. We have a bigger problem then an oil change because of them. They obviously don’t stand behind there work and have uneducated employee’s working on cars."
"They have serviced all 7 of our vehicles for over 6 years and done a fantastic job. As someone else said, they let you know what needs fixed and don't try to up sell. They routinely have found problems that are either recalls or issues under warranty and sent me to the dealer as well. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!"
