"weirdest unwelcoming energy . My husband and I didn’t even finish looking around long enough to checkout all the jewelry. we felt so UNCOMFORTABLE . Everyone just looked at us and did not approach us( we were there normal business hours on Valentine’s Day) looking to purchase something special , knowing the jewlery industry and the caliber of this brand , the service this was a solid ZERO . Never experienced worst . Sales would sky rocket with a much better team who is in love with the brand and working in the industry . It was like a bunch of lazy unhappy stiff squad with absolutely No motivation to sell or service clients lol maybe they need to get paid more commission :("
"I must take the time to thank a super nice and caring employee of Harry Winston. Cici Zhang went out of her way for over 2 Month's helping my wife with the purchase of the Ruby Sunflower Earrings. We had purchased them in August of 2020 and my wife was not happy with the color as they seemed too dark. Cici went out of her way too completely satisfy my wife. See took her calls in the evening and even on her days off and treated my wife with complete dignity and respect. She spend hours a lot of her time for weeks to please my wife throughout the entire process. If you ever need fine Jewelry and shop at the Las Vegas Bellagio store ask for Cici and you will have a great experience. Thank you Cici for all you did to make my wife happy!"
"Unfortunately very disappointing experience. Sales associate was young Asian guy pretty arrogant and worst was the manager who didn’t want to see me when I requested, claiming that is busy in the office. Your customer service is terrible and hopefully will have better stuff to replace you. Leaved the bitter taste in mouth after left your your store."
