"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I’ve had the worst experience here ever. My boyfriend brought my real nice and real expensive Rolex to get service because my crystal was cracked so all it needed was a new crystal. We gave them my watch in perfect condition other than the crystal being cracked. DAVID who is the the man that was working there and on my watch he said it would be done in 2 days and charged 300+ but a crystal only costs 50$. Anyway.. one week and a half later he tells me to come get my watch and I go and guess what? MY WATCH IS NOW IN PIECES and David all of a sudden had a family emergency so he wasn’t even there!!! I was furious!! Im still shocked that they gave me my watch in worst condition than original. Still unsure how to go about this cause it was SO messed up. Even during the week I was trying to get updates on my watch and I couldn’t even get those …If u want inconvenience then this is the store for u."
