"I had my idler pulley and serpentine belt fail me on highway 60, right in the middle of Sheldon and Hospers so I pulled out my phone. Yup, I got Jake on the phone and he confirmed my engine and alternator specs and said they have the belt and pulley. I didn't know what I was going to do and asked if he had suggestions so I could fix my vehicle. He said Reuben was on his way and he got to me agaster than I could ever imagine. I went back to the shop to pay my bill and THRILLED that I had a fair rate and was only on the roadside for less than an hour. This is what great service is about. I hope their boss reads this and gives these guys credit for being an asset to the company. I got where I needed to go and made the 500 mile trip back home and more on that fix. Thanks again as I let everyone in the store know how happy I was. You deserve all 5 stars of Google's rating."
