"Well let's start with the fact that they changed the appointment date and time without notifying me. Then they added miles to the tow, for getting my vehicle to them. Then conducted services without seeking authorization, to which they by there own admission broke. To which they had the gall to charge me for. When called out on these issues, they proceeded to threaten to raise the price saying " I was doing you a favor to keep the cost down. So you can pay for these services as well or I'll add more to the bill. So an oil change, wheel bearing and a check of the charging system cost me the better part of $900.00. I feel that was about $200.00 over charged. And I have had the same work quoted (after the fact and without knowledge of this work being conducted) for closer to $700.00. I do not, I repeat DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone. And just an FYI my girlfriend who's vehicle it is, works for there sister company and received such treatment. Is shameful to say the least."
"Over the top excellent service! I was moving to Minneapolis when my water pump gave out on me. They worked me into their schedule so I could get back on the road right away. Some of the friendliest service I have ever experienced! If you're debating who to go to, don't, these are the people."
