"I would highly suggest not using these guys to install a new windshield. The first time we had them install it, the windshield cracked the next morning. We were told they weren't surprised that happened as the windshield they used had been sitting in their shop for some time. They did replace the windshield for free with another one. However, shortly after the second windshield was installed, there was a large storm that came by our area. We soon noticed that there was a large amount of water sitting inside our car. Both on the floor mats and sitting in compartments in the center console. We were told by the owner that the leaks were due to the sunroof's drains being clogged and that it was not connected to the windshield. I checked the drains myself and they worked without an issue. John gave me the "I have worked in this industry for 30 years so I know what I'm doing" line. We had over $2,000 in damage occur due to the water damage from the improper installation of the windshield. We ended up taking it to a different local professional to get a new windshield. The picture shown was taken by the professional. The adhesion used on the windshield should be flattened when the windshield is pressed down. This is still round. Meaning, the second windshield John had "installed" wasn't installed correctly and could have caused a very serious injury to us or someone else on the road. We will never go back to SS Mobile Glass and we highly suggest no one else uses them."
