I have no choice but to contact the BBB. If you need something from here go there directly to buy it. Do not buy from the online store. After my review, they cancelled my order. Please do not buy from here. Save yourself the headache. It’s a scam."

"I ordered a ACES Hoodie on December 21, 2023...received an email stating that it would ship in 3-5 business. My account was charged $105.00. Have sent several emails requesting status but no response. I will give them a few more days then I will have my bank dispute the charges. Must say very disappointed in this company. Definitely do not recommend purchasing from them."

"do NOT order custom jerseys from here. ordered the winter classic because i’m attending it. i wanted the patch on the shoulder and now there’s no time table on when it will be ready. its just an iron on patch. many places can do it in minutes. i should of learned last time when i ordered the reverse retros that came 3 months after the date that it was promised. i thought they would have learned but i guess not. if you want a jersey go to sports town in summerlin they always take care of you with discounts as well. ordered 10+ jerseys with no problems. i literally ordered a winter classic a couple days ago and received it in 2 days. its a slap in the face for the fans that care about the organization. it’s just a money grab. staff literally have no idea when things will be ready. i’ve asked multiple people that work there and it’s a different answer every time they don’t even know. don’t waste your time or money here. go somewhere that cares. they surely don’t care. look at all the reviews."

"Pretty disappointed in the service provided by this store. To be associated with a team which such high production success that is driven by fan and customer satisfaction, this store is the complete opposite of that. Ordered an INFANT jersey (nothing specific, no customizations- just a basic freaking grey jersey) and it’s been over a MONTH with no order update, communications etc. I understand it’s getting close to the holidays but to ADVERTISE 3-5 day processing (or even 10-12) and completely NOT meet that is just ridiculous. I have sent over 5 emails over the course of the last 2 weeks, no response. I’ve also called and of course you can’t even speak to anyone directly- just get sent to a voicemail…where you leave messages and nobody responds. Love my team but I know where I definitely will NOT be buying any merch from going forward…I cant even say their customer service sucks because they have none! Now my only option is to drive 40 minutes down to the strip and go fight with someone who probably won’t have any answers for me either. Ridiculous. What a shame to call themselves the team store."

"So Disappointed!! I placed an order for a birthday present, and it has been over 2 weeks and still no update on shipping. After getting no response by email, I tried calling the Arena shop in hopes that they could help me find out what happened to my order. When I told Jasmine, the person I spoke to on the phone, that I had emailed the warehouse twice already, she told me that was the problem. Apparently if you send them multiple emails, they will "Push your order back farther on the list." While I can understand there isn't much she can do since it is coming from the warehouse, it's THEIR warehouse. Jasmine was able to look up my order, and able to tell me it was still being processed. I didn't need to be treated so badly on the phone, and somehow blamed for my order being late."
