"I'm a bit torn, had so so interaction with Maui location (part not on island, 1-2 weeks to ship it in had to call them for an update, this delay cost me a day extra delay). Vs calling Oahu for the same part. Both types of the part were in stock on Oahu, did everything over the phone, and they shipped it. Got it the next day (yay!) one of the 3 thermistor was missing (boo), not sure if it was my fault or theirs, still made it work. Maui location was probably just having a off/hetic day. Would be nice if they had more interconnected systems. Client down for two days vs 2 weeks."
"Lady working there was about as rude as they come. Basically told us to leave and call before we show up. We went to Cosco down the road and they were able to help us out with excellent customer service. If you feel like being treated like trash this is the place for you."
"I called in the morning inquiring about a specific size through-the-wall unit. A quick check by the friendly guy who answered the phone revealed that they had exactly what I was looking for. I mentioned that I might stop in at lunch time to pick one up. When I arrived, a female employee was working the counter. She knew that I had called that morning and said that they even had unit set aside waiting for me! They even loaded it into my vehicle. GREAT customer service and a great price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!"
