"Very happy we used quick tow. We contacted several tow companies to unload our car from a container we had shipped from the mainland. Quick Tow was not only 60% cheaper than the others, they were very professional throughout the reservation process thu the completion of the job. There were complications with the shipping company delivering our container which required Quick tow to be flexible with when they would be able to remove our car. They were not only accommodating but super nice and patient. We will definitely use them again. Thanks!"

"I had planned a trailer to be hauled by Quick Tow with a 8 days notice. Danielle agreed to haul the trailer to Young Brothers knowing the drop off appointment time. 4 days prior to drop off I flew to Maui to do paper work and called Danielle to confirm appointment prior to having notary done giving them permission to drop off trailer. We confirmed that they will be there to pick up the trailer, I then got the paperwork notarized specifically giving them permission to drop off trailer and I gave her my debit card info. The day before drop off Danielle reaches out to confirm paperwork and she said she got it, all was good until pick up and drop off day. I messaged her well before drop off time with no response, called 30 minutes prior to scheduled drop off and she answers with no care attitude like she doesn’t care who you are and why you are calling. After I tell her my name she responds with “ok? How can I help you?” After a week of communicating you would expect her to know at least your last name, but I tell her they are scheduled to pick up my trailer and then she simply says “oh yea, we’re trying to call YB to see if we can push the drop off time.” I responded questioning why they are not able to pick up the trailer to make the scheduled time that they agreed to and why they did not even try to call, message, or email me. All she said was something came up and they couldn’t make it on time, no real reason for not sticking to what they agreed to. She said she understood why I was upset, but that they will need to contact YB to see if they could still make drop off. YB was very strict with their instructions to us for drop off so I told her they wouldn’t make it on time. I was upset after all the planning and coordinating that the seller and I did, and’s finding this out while at work, and I questioned their professionalism and lack of communication. No cussing, no name calling, an elevated voice, but not yelling, just expressing how unprofessional and dissatisfied I was to their lack of service. She then threatened to cancel the pick up and I heard the owner in the background say to cancel the appointment, so I said cancel it then. No apology, no reason given, they simply couldn’t handle a customer being reasonably upset and resorted to threatening of not providing a service that they already dropped the ball on in the first place. I then contact the seller of the trailer, who referred me to them, to update her on the trailer not being picked up. She called and spoke to the owner, the one I heard in the background yelling to cancel the pick up. Apparently I was out of line and disrespectful and did not show aloha, and she assumed I was the type of customer that would look for damage on the trailer and blame them for it…this without ever meeting or speaking to me directly. She told the seller they would try and contact Young Brothers and still be willing to haul only If I called and apologized to Danielle. Again, throughout 8 days I communicated with Danielle on multiple occasions. Since day one she was aware of the drop off day and time and not once said no. 4 days prior to drop off, I called and received verbal confirmation that they can make it happen, and was promised a email confirmation of their appointment which I never received, even after messaging her I didn’t get it. The day prior to drop off day she messages and emails, with no indication of any problems. Day of drop off, unresponsive to message and upon calling acts like she didn’t know my name or why I was calling her, and then simply tells me they can’t make the drop off appointment, and expect me, their non local customer to be happy about it and become threatening when they are questioned and have to deal with an upset customer because they didn’t fulfill their agreement. To then act like I had no aloha and assume I don’t know the Hawaiian culture. Aloha starts with how you conduct yourself, and the way they conducted and the way they conducted business showed mo aloha. This company only expects aloha, but don’t think they have to give aloha."

"Their rude driver drove dangerously and aggressively on the tight curves of the Hana road. Being tailgated by a large flatbed with Quick Tow on the door put me off ever using this company. Just because you have a big truck doesn't mean you own the road and can drive like a maniac."

"Mahalo Nui Loa to Quick Tow! Not sure why there were any bad reviews, they were the best! We bought a new container for storage and we had them pick it up at Young Brothers and deliver it to us! Danielle in the office was awesome, staying in touch during the whole process. Cassidy the truck driver was the best, he went above and beyond what we expected and should be their go to guy for all container deliveries!!!Maybe not the cheapest but the best!
