"Plumbing emergencies almost ALWAYS happen in the middle of the night on a holiday ... luckily for us, last night wasn't a holiday but a pipe burst on us shortly after 10pm. Immediately jumped on Yelp for "24 hour plumbers" and Good Guy Plumbing came up except it said they were closed, called anyways, John answered, said really nicely that they were closed but asked where we were and what happened - he came out bc we lived fairly close by and he 100% competently fixed our burst pipe, even though he was closed, AND he installed a new spigot for us!! I'm STANDING OVATION grateful that he (1) answered the call, (2) came out when he was closed, and (3) didn't try to gouge us with an exorbitant charge. Amazing service, hands down/no competition, he provided us with AMAZING service."
