"True North Restoration Hawaii provided timely, professional, helpful and thorough smoke restoration services for us after a wildfire event on the Big Island of Hawaii in August, 2023. With us having no experience mitigating smoke in a home, Abe was extremely helpful by explaining the hows and whys of the restoration process, the benefits of their comprehensive services, including ozone, versus other options or timelines, and the order of events that would be the most impactful and cost-effective. Our home insurance company supported the work and paid for the restoration services in full, which involved treating all surfaces in the home. As we do not live in the property full-time, the photos and reports provided by Abe were extremely useful and reassuring. We understood what was happening at every step of the process and Abe arranged an air quality test with an Industrial Hygienist afterwards. You cannot smell smoke in our home at all; you would not know a fire had reached our foundation on three sides. There was no requirement to remove carpet, replace furniture or re-paint surfaces; we also avoided additional HVAC cleaning. True North Restoration Hawaii exceeded our expectations and gave us confidence in the integrity and safety of our home. I would highly recommend them and their work."
