"Despite having an appointment, vehicle was not looked at until a week later with no communication regarding delay. Check engine light for a new vehicle. Warranty repair. Repair not completed. I supplied service bulletin and bulletin update with a software recalibration fix. Tech failed to look for update. I confirmed update and procedure with a tech at a different dealership. Poor communication throughout process. Vehicle sent home with me not fixed, same issue came up. I emailed service manager and suggested they make this right by getting the truck back in on a Friday (a day off work for me to make the 200 mi trip) to complete the software recalibration. No response. Never have had a service situation like this in my 34 years of driving where the customer service was so poor and the repair incomplete/incompetent. Highly recommend different dealership service department for your vehicle service."

"Didn’t fill tires to even pressure, returned truck with TPMS warning light still on, waited 2h30 for an oil change, charged me $200 for said oil change (2021 3.0 duramax). Dealer at home quoted the same for oil change, fuel filter change, air filter change."
