"Had the WORSE EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE! I bought shoes and then 5 minutes later saw they were damaged, when I came back to return them they refused to do so. On top on that the sellers were rude!!! IM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"I went there in March and bought a pair of denim Jordans. I went back to return exchange for a bigger size because they were a little tight and they said they didn’t have any other sizes so i asked to return them. They then told me i couldn’t but they would resell them for me. I set up an account with them and when they “sold” i was supposed to get my money back. It is not June and i have not received my money or shoes back and i cannot find a way to contact the store. I also live in Florida so it’s not like i can just go back in. The store is a scam and way too overpriced."

"My son was on the hunt for specific shoes, we searched the entire strip and finally found them at Swish. The nicest humans you will ever meet. They took their time with him and made sure the fit was perfect. He even went across the mall to the warehouse to grab him a selection of sizes. One happy Canadian client. Thanks guys!!!"

He couldn’t find his first choice but they helped him pick out something that he was even happier with. Employees were so kind and made it a very pleasant experience."

"I purchased a pair of shoes from this location on July 14th, 2022. I was told that I would get the shoes following wk. I live in Atlanta and was there on vacation. I had several friends with me with whom I bragged about the store to and they also made purchases. Today is 8/7/22 and I have yet to receive my shoes and neither has my friend. I've emailed called the Cali location bc the Vegas store doesn't have a working line and all calls go to the Cerritos Cali location. Yet no shoes. No reply emails or anything. i finally was able to get a person at the Cerritos location that was amazing that was able to help and gave me some insight on all the complaints the Vegas store has been having. He was finally able to provide a tracking number Nd I thought my shoes would come.i finally get a opened box with a tee shirt joggers and a hoodie. Not my 390 shoes. I call and somehow the label was mixed up. Then I finally get another manager and still nothing. My friend shoes are supposedly in transit but not able to provide a tracking number. I have requested my money back and hopefully will get it. This store appears to be a front for some kind of shoe con scheme. I would not recommend it to anyone."
