"Greedy revenue model. They turned down an easy wrongful death case (personal injury being noted prominently on their web site along with the phrase “we do it all”) that they were immediately interested in but only if I would agree to pay a consultation fee. My case is already in the settlement phase but I did not have the opportunity to share this. Their receptionist should be trained to not let business slip away due to an archaic money scheme. Big red flag."

"Not a fan of how they do business. For $375 an hour, I wouldn't expect to have to pay for copies, 3% on the credit card, etc. It comes as a surprise when you get your first bill. Personally, charge $390 and make it all inclusive rather than having what I would consider tacky add-on's."
