"I love this little UPS store. All the workers there are so kind and helpful, and especially the woman who was there yesterday (8/11/23). She went above and beyond for me by fishing a small Amazon envelope out of the big sack of postal service deliveries before they had been sorted so I could receive a small cable I needed for an event last night. She would have totally been in her right to tell me to come back later as the mail hadn't been sorted yet, and I was really touched and impressed by her willingness to find that package for me. This is the type of small town hospitality that Truckee is known for- thanks for keeping it alive, UPS on Donner Pass Rd!"
"Located in a small plaza with Smokey's Kitchen, off the main road. This place is so cute and small, open on weekends too. Plenty of parking, atleast on a Sunday when we went. Perfect stop for Amazon returns."
