"I had no idea how poorly this company was behaving until our insurance switched us to another infusion center. They knew the new insurance wouldn’t cover them and they still waited a whole month to switch the order to a different pharmacy. Suddenly out of no where there was a $3,000 out of pocket bill. Never were any copays itemized previously but suddenly 3 grand. Then we were travelling for my father in laws funeral and in less than 5 days that $3,000 was sent to collections while we were travelling and grieving. When I called to see why this had happened the pharmacy tech was very rude and had me leave a voicemail for the head of billing who never got back to me and the bill remains in collections. There were several options for us to pay that bill. I never even got to see what it was for. They also absolutely treated the patient like an inconvenience consistently and consistently threatened to charge us for the IV pump on a regular basis. I hope we never have to deal with this company again. I am so so grateful for the switch with insurance, they are treating my husband like a human at the other company. It’s very refreshing after years of this nonsense. I see your company responded to this review but i had already contacted you directly and waited for a response for sometime before this point. I was hoping we could resolve and obtain information regarding that bill but YOUR company never responded to my inquiries. So this auto response is quite inappropriate."

"Was told they would provide the meds my mom needed. Then all of a sudden refused because they fought with at home care. When ask to help provide more details they refused"

"There is literally no way to make an appointment what this facility. Is it even operational anymore? When you call the intake dept it just rings forever, no answer. The nurse's line directs to a voicemail that will never be returned. It's possible to talk to someone in billing, but they're in a noisy outsourced call center and can't help at all unless you want to pay a bill. Definitely just save your time and go somewhere else."

"Can't get IV infusion I need for Crohn's disease. Doctor has ordered medication. Insurance has approved. Called Option Care and spent an hour on the phone. Now required to leave a voice message. Why is this so difficult? I am an ER nurse, this is NOT standard of care. Waiting causes human suffering and more complications of disease."

"The staff are very friendly and extremely professional. They know their stuff and get the job done as painlessly as possible while making you feel valued as an individual as well as a patient. A special shout out to Armen who could easily be a Dr. and functions as an AMAZING R.N. I am thankful for the service I received at Option Care (and glad I don't have to visit every month like some other patients do.)"
