Walmart Pharmacy

"If there was a negative rating, I would give it. Gave wrong wait times, confusion about insurance card and order, very rude and not customer focused. Avoid at all costs. We were traveling out of town it sucks being sick. it's worse when walmart Pharmacy does not care! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE A WALMART PHARMCY"

"The farmacy staff is really great! I've switched to them from CVS, because my local CVS was terrible. The farmacist went far and beyond her duties to pull the prescription from the uncooperative CVS rep. I got my son the needed prescription thank to them. Great people. Thank you!"

"This Walmart Pharmacy is absolutely so unprofessional and uncaring. I have been getting my prescription filled and continued to be filled at another Walmart and this pharmacy lied to me and told me that there was something missing and I needed the doctor to fill something out and fax it to them and I called my doctor who informed me that is not true and they have no idea what they need. So I did digging and got all numbers necessary that they may have needed and called back and now it boils down to they do not want to fill them and so I need to uber back to my old neighborhood to get my prescription filled because they don't want to. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walmart Pharmacy let alone any Pharmacy. I imagined that a Pharmacy is supposed to be caring and try to help as much as possible not create problems and send you on a wild goose chase to get information only to learn they don't even really want the information they do not want to take the time to fill it. They would rather me go days without my medication and pay to uber further because they don't have the time to be bothered with it. If you are looking for a caring pharmacist that will go the extra mile look elsewhere!!!"

"Dropped off prescription via drive thru (after waiting 20 minutes because the car in front of me apparently had an issue, too) tech put it to the side while telling me I would receive a text when it was ready. Called five days later to see why it wasn't ready and/or why there were no updates, got told I never dropped it off (simply checking pharmacy cameras would have immediately shown the truth). Had three different employees say I haven't dropped off any prescriptions since July! Not sure why they just couldn't admit they lost it instead of trying to fault my dropping it off through drive thru. It was for a heavily controlled pain killer (TKR surgery), so let's hope someone in the pharmacy isn't stealing controlled drugs."

"Joe in the pharmacy is absolutely the most disrespectful and rude employee ever! I refuse to do business with him at all, on the phone or in person. He hung up on me when I was simply trying to explain something to him. I phoned the pharmacy manager and let her know that it was not the first experience with Joe where he was rude to me, but it would be the last. I am posting it here as well as phoning my experience to 1-800-WALMART. If I could give negative (-) stars I would."
