"I used to frequent this Walgreens pharmacy regularly, but not anymore. Despite being 35 minutes away from closing time, they declined to fill my prescription. I waited in line, handed over my prescription when it was my turn, but they took some time on the computer and eventually informed me they couldn't refill it due to the approaching closing time. I wish they would have informed upfront ."
"Constantly short staffed and plenty of excuses? when you can get to speak to them by phone or in person your satisfied. otherwise your wasting your time with this location pharmacy. Plus a lot of it has to do with the location? Seems like to many people in this location consistently need medication. Was not like that back in the day? But you know other cities people moved here from to this location and flooding the he'll out of it did not make it better? Let's flood the walgreens at tropicana and decatur. Can't blame pharmacy to much for overload? But pharmacy should have been more prepared in the coming years. vegas businesses and short staffing can get pretty nasty for necessities.. But again? pharmacist can't attend to 6 calls on hold. A drive through. and 5 people in line? Because of 9 different states of people that moved here.."
"Walgreens just keeps getting worse. There are no shopping carts in the store at all. Apparently, they all have been stolen. I mean, there are carts that lock if it passes a certain distance. Also, this store has so much stuff locked, like all cosmetics items and majority of hygiene like shampoos, etc, and good luck finding anyone one to help unlock them. This is just sad what led to it."
"Like other reviewers, I WISH I could have left ZERO stars. Walgreens just needs to take the award for poor customer service in community pharmacy and own up to their low-standards of service. I was the first in the drive way with NO ONE waiting in line inside. Waited 30 minutes to just "attempt" to pick up an order. There was a gentleman who strolled inside, smiled like nothing, then walked out and disappeared again. At this point, if you can have your medications delivered- do that. Trying to pick up ANYTHING at a Walgreens Pharmacy is a joke. I ended up driving off without my meds."
