"When we bought our house it came with central heating and cooling. Our place is small and the inside unit sounded like a jet plane. We decided to call JonAire about a split system. Everything/everyone from our first contact has been very friendly and the service very timely. We are so happy with our new system (our mental health is already better without listening to our “jet plane”. When the crew came out for the installation they showed up in mass (i think at least 6 guys) and got to work. We are very pleased with JonAire and our new split system. I highly recommend them for any of your heating/cooling needs."

Called with question and found out what I needed to know, tech came out to my house and looked at what was going on, and they fixed what I wanted done and got everything set up nicely. Found out my system wasn't working the way is was suppose to be so had that fixed. There techs are awesome guys, I hung out with them while they did there work and just a good group of technicians, friendly and kind guy! Gave me all the information I needed for the new system they put in! They also did my air duct cleaning and I'm very happy with that also!! Would recommend them anytime!"

"The Technician was a very nice, considerate, knowledgeable and an honest young man. I asked many questions about the unit and thermostat mainly because I don't much about them. He was very patient with me answering each question. He explained everything to where I could understand. I liked your office staff in that they let me know his name and notified me he was on his way. I had heard your advertisement on Karen's radio station and decided to call because my unit is 5 years old, and I liked the information about your company. I wanted to make sure this unit was in good shape, and I don't have to worry about it any longer! My big concern was the thermostat because it runs for over 2 hours. I was concern there might be something wrong, but no. So my mind was set at ease once he explained how these units work. Since I changed the temperature by one degree, it doesn't seem to run so long, and seems to be rather quiet.
