"I saw their advertisement about their "40 minute in and out oil change " so I called and made an appointment for 10 am the next day, telling the man the year, make and engine size. I showed up at 9:50 am, the fellow behind the counter asked me what kind of vehicle I had. I repeated the information, he took my keys and I waited, and waited. Nobody seemed to be in charge there, nobody spoke to me. After 25 minutes I asked for my keys back and left. The 40 minute oil change is a lie. I will not go there again."
